The appointment book and resources are linked to staff/rooms/equipment, and screening/invites fill empty slots.

    With secure login (e.g., BankID), the “Dialogue” feature ensures safe communication, both externally and internally, in compliance with GDPR. Clear information and user-friendly interfaces also reduce reluctance toward digital sharing, while providing customers with a seamless, positive experience. Structured data with tagging enables segmentation, targeted reminders, and systematic quality follow-up.

Key Results from Synsam 

At Synsam, the solution went from pilot (June 2024) to 135 stores in Norway and 240 in Sweden within three months. Today, 32% of the examinations are conducted remotely, and capacity has increased from 2–3 to 25–30 patients per hour.
